Tyre Handler Attachment

Our Tyre Handler Attachments are manufactured as a detachable component & this allows our customers to work with any prime mover (wheel loader / forklift ) as per their choice & availability. This equipment can be used in any application requiring the need to handle earth moving Tyres (OTR Tyres) with prominence in the mining industry. Our Handlers are indigenously designed and manufactured suiting the requirement of our clients. However, we also have standard models up to lifting capacity of 8 MT considering the tyre & rim weight which are generally used in Mining Sites for Dumper Tyres. Our Tyre Handler attachment provides the flexibility to align tyres or do the tyre change without manual efforts. We have proven installations in many mines for our product.

V - Series Tyre Handler:

V - Series tyre handler is specifically designed considering the requirement of tyre change in open cast mines (OC). For all Dumpers ranging from 40 tons to 240 tons. Our Structure design (curved design) ensures, safety during removal and fitment without any hindrance for the tyre.Our safe design and fabrication with specific inclination ensures better safety than any other available handlers.

2. Capacity : up to 12 tons (Customizable as per requirement)
3. Tyre Rotation : Continuous 360° deg.
4. Handler Rotation : ±70° deg. (Customizable up to 360°)

A - Series Tyre Handler:

A - Series Tyre Handler (Manual) is specifically designed considering the requirement of tyre change in tippers like Volvo and Scania. Due to its light weight and easy to assemble design, it can be handled easily and transferred easily to places. It doesn’t require skilled operators.We are proud that we have supplied our manual tyre handler to our Indian Army for changing the tyre in TATRA Trucks.

T - Series Tyre Handler:

T - Series tyre handler is specifically designed considering the requirement of tyre change in constrained areas (where the distance between the mud guard and the tyre is less). For all Dumpers & Loaders tyre weight upto 1800 kg. Our 3 point contact design ensures maximum safety during removal and fitment of tyre.We are the first in India to develop the above indigenous product considering constrained space.

S - Series Tyre Handler:

S - Series tyre handler is specifically designed considering the requirement of tyre change in Under Ground Mines (UG), especially in under ground mining dumpers and loaders. For Under Ground Dumpers & Loaders tyre weight upto 2300 kg.Our tyre handler ensures maximum gripping force even in the Slick OTR tyre without damaging it and prevent it from slippage during transport / stacking / tyre change.

Tyre Repair Stands

Specially Designed to various ranges of OTR tyres & considering the tyre maintenance teams inputs of our valuable customers. These stands comes with manual, hydraulic & electric models to suit the technical and cost requirements of the customer. These stands help the tyre maintenance team to do the repair work in ease for their various operations like grinding, vulcanizing, inspection etc.

Cable Handler Attachment

Vatsav Cable Reel Handler is designed specifically for laying LT & HT cables, considering green mining requirements in India. Our Cable Reel Handler reduces huge manual efforts while Laying / Reeling HT & LT cables.Our cable reel attachment can also be used with Quick Hitch like all our other attachments. We are the first in Indian mining equipment industry to successfully commissioned cable reel handler with quick hitch.

Mining attachements

Other attachments of Vatsav Engineering includes, Jib, Fork, ManBasket. It can be equipped with our Quick Hitch attachment.The Quick Hitch attachment allows the Operator to couple and de-couple multiple attachments with ease, consuming less than 10 mins for change over attachments.
