Tyre Handler Attachment

Our Tyre Handler Attachments are manufactured as a detachable component & this allows our customers to work with any prime mover (wheel loader / forklift ) as per their choice & availability. This equipment can be used in any application requiring the need to handle earth moving Tyres (OTR Tyres) with prominence in the mining industry. Our Handlers are indigenously designed and manufactured suiting the requirement of our clients. However, we also have standard models up to lifting capacity of 8 MT considering the tyre & rim weight which are generally used in Mining Sites for Dumper Tyres. Our Tyre Handler attachment provides the flexibility to align tyres or do the tyre change without manual efforts. We have proven installations in many mines for our product.

Tyre Repair Stands

Specially Designed to various ranges of OTR tyres & considering the tyre maintenance teams inputs of our valuable customers. These stands comes with manual, hydraulic & electric models to suit the technical and cost requirements of the customer. These stands help the tyre maintenance team to do the repair work in ease for their various operations like grinding, vulcanizing, inspection etc.

Tyre Trolleys (Manual Tyre Handler)

Our Tyre Trolleys are used for handling smaller size of tyres used in mining and other industries with diameter up to 1500 mm & weight up to 1000 kgs. These trolleys are specifically designed to improve the tyre change time & reduce fatigue to operators for Sany / Volvo and smaller dumpers.

Wheel Loader / Forklift Attachments

We design and manufacture various attachments like Jib Crane Attachment, Forklift Attachments, Grapples & Platform attachments for all type of Loaders / Forklifts. Quick Hitch Attachments for Loader / Forklifts are also designed and manufactured by us based on customer attachments. We give an integrated solution by using the quick hitch mechanism to improve the utilisation of wheel loaders / forklifts and to reduce idle time.
